Ausschreibung der MUR and More Trophy

Squash connecting countries along the Mur river, 05.01.2019

Liebe Squash-Freunde,

wir möchten euch hiermit herzlich zur MUR and More Trophy am 05.01.2019 einladen.

Austragungsort: Squash Dome, Puchstraße 21, 8020 Graz, Österreich

Spielbeginn: am Samstag, 05.01. ab 10:00

Veranstalter und Ausrichter ist der USC 2000 Graz.

Oberschiedsrichter: Heribert Monschein

Bewerbe (je nach Teilnehmerzahl):

• Herren allgemeine Klasse
• Damen allgemeine Klasse

Wertung:

• Bewerb “Herren” zählt für ÖSRV RL Herren (H2H) 2.0
• Bewerb “Damen” zählt für ÖSRV RL Damen (H2H) 2.0

Die Teilnahme ist nur an einem Bewerb erlaubt. Der Austragungsmodus wird je nach Teilnehmerzahl und nach Meldeschluss von dem Veranstalter bestimmt.

Anmeldeschluss ist Mittwoch, 2. Jänner 2019 um 20:00. Um die rechtzeitige Auslosung und die weiterführende Logistik zu ermöglichen, werden keine nachträglichen Anmeldungen entgegen genommen.

Anmeldegebühr beträgt € 25,- pro Spielerin/Spieler.

Preisgeld: € 500,-

Auslosung: wird vom Veranstalter in Zusammenarbeit mit dem ÖSRV durchgeführt und im Anschluss auf den Seiten von Match22 veröffentlicht (Link folgt zu gegebener Zeit).

Bestimmungen:

• Es gilt die Antidoping-Bestimmungen des ESF und ÖSRV, sowie die Jugendschutz Bestimmungen, wie vom ÖSRV vorgeschrieben.
• Es gilt für alle SpielerInnen unter 19 Jahren Schutzbrillenpflicht. Die Teilnahme erfolgt auf eigene Gefahr.
• Der Veranstalter USC 2000 Graz, der StSRV, der ÖSRV und der Squash Dome übernehmen keine Haftung jedweder Art!

Dear Squash Friends,

I would like to cordially invite you to the upcoming MUR and More Trophy on the 5th of January 2019.

Venue: Squash Dome, Puchstraße 21, 8020 Graz, Austria

Start of Play: Saturday, 5th of January 2019, 10:00.

Host and Organization: Squash-Club USC 2000 Graz.

Tournament Official: Rehan van der Merwe (USC 2000 Graz).  [email protected]

Head Referee: Heribert Monschein

Events (depending on number of participants):

• Mens Individual
• Womens Individual

Relevant Rankings:

• Results from event “Mens Individual” count for ÖSRV RL Herren (H2H) 2.0
• Results from event “Womens Individual” count for ÖSRV RL Damen (H2H) 2.0

Participation is allowed in one event only. Draws and order of play will be determined according to the number of participants in each event after the registration deadline by the tournament officials.

Registration deadline is Wednesday, 2nd of January 2019, 20:00 CET. No registrations will be accepted after the deadline in order to enable a reliable creation of draws and order of play and proper logistics.

Entry Fee: € 25,- per player.

Prize money: € 500,-

Draws: will be created in cooperation with the ÖSRV and published on a page at Match22 (link will be made available when ready).

Regulations:

• Anti-doping regulations of the ESF and ÖSRV, as well as regulations for the protection of minors (as laid out by the ÖSRV).
• All players under 19 years of age must wear approved protective eye guards whilst practising and competing during the event.
• Players enter and play in the tournament at their own risk and must arrange for their own insurance.
• Neither the organisers (USC 2000 Graz) nor the venue (Squash Dome) nor the StSRV & ÖSRV accept any responsibility for injury arising from participating in the event.
